On-Site Service Procedure
 
On-Site Service means that within the defined and agreed period (72 hrs.), the customer will receive a new or refurbished monitor of the same or equivalent model he has bought.
 
The validity and duration of the on-site service will be stipulated in the repair contract. AG Neovo's distributors will take care of a hot line to arrange the On-Site Service.
 
AG Neovo's distributors will take care of the transport arrangement to/from the customer.
 
AG Neovo provides the initial swap stock to Service Centre. Within agreed period after the verifying the customer warranty claim, Service Centre swaps out to the customer an equivalent monitor, which is new or has been repaired and refurbished before. It is at customers site within the agreed time (working day base). The defective monitor is picked up at once, will be repaired and refurbished and put to the swap stock for future use. Service Centre will take care that the swap stock will be kept in a good condition. Service Centre will take care that AG Neovo receives the swap stock report on a monthly base, together with the RMA repair report. After a certain period (for example 8 months), the swap stock will be replaced by new units.
